Information FI Collects and Uses
FI does not share, sell, or rent personal information about you with other individuals or non-affiliated companies except in the following limited circumstances: Periodically it is necessary to access, and disclose personal information to respond to satisfy any applicable law or statute, regulation, legal process, government request, to establish or exercise our legal rights or to defend against legal claims concerning FI, its users, or the public as required or permitted by law. The access, use, disclosure or preservation of personal information is necessary to share information to detect, prevent, investigate, or otherwise take action to address fraud, illegal activities, potential threats to the rights, property or safety of any persons. We provide personal information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of helping FI based on our instructions and in compliance with our policies. FI may be required to provide personal information about you if some or all of FI assets is transferred in a merger, acquisition or any form of sale, to another company.
Confidentiality and Security
FI uses physical, electronic and procedural safeguards and technologies to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. FI limits access to your personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who we believe within reason to gain access to such information in order to do their jobs to operate, implement, develop, perform or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations to FI and may be subject to termination or legal actions if they fail to comply with these obligations.
Retention of Communications
When you send email or other communications to FI, we retain those communications for a certain period of time in order to process your questions and concerns, respond to your requests and improve our services.

Prior to that he was at Oracle for 14 years where he served as a Vice President in their North America Consulting Division.
He had responsibility for a variety of software and technology practices with a team of over 400 consultants. He has also held leadership positions at IBM and Andersen Consulting (Accenture), and holds a BS degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in Industrial Engineering.
Ed Sweeney is a partner and a founder of RCM Alternatives. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Trading at TD Options, LLC, a subsidiary of TD Securities until 2006.
He is also a founder of Starboard Specialty Funds, LLC. which is an active fund specializing in private and publicly traded bank equities.
He was also a co-founder of a trading technology firm, Ragnarok Systems, and also worked for O’Connor & Associates and at Swiss Bank Corporation as a director of fixed income trading.
Mr. Sweeney graduated with an M.S. and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, has a J.D. from John Marshall Law School and holds a Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
